A motorcycle trip needs more than a daily price. Help riders understand the bike, rental period, pickup plan and payment responsibilities, while your team keeps reservations and availability together.
Show accurate model information and let riders request pickup and return dates. Configure the rates your business supports and check the full quote for the selected period. A displayed daily rate does not explain every longer-trip total, delivery charge or selected extra.
Illustrative example: one motorcycle is booked from Friday at 09:00 until Monday at 09:00 in the shop’s local timezone. A second request starting Sunday overlaps it. Check the available quantity before promising the same model, and allow operational time for inspection and preparation before its next handover.
The reservation includes customer contact details, vehicle, dates and the quoted rental amount. Use those details to coordinate arrival and discuss your requirements. Collect and verify any additional rider documentation through your established process.
RentalHalo’s booking confirmation does not verify a rider’s licence, establish insurance cover or inspect a motorcycle. Your business handles rider eligibility, permitted use, security deposits, condition records, equipment, handover and returns. Check local obligations with qualified advisers.
The website checks availability and presents the quote before payment. An online reservation is confirmed after the separate Booking Guarantee is verified. Temporary checkout holds can exist before confirmation and expire or release through the booking flow.
Use the workspace to review upcoming reservations and customer details. Keep off-platform rentals and service periods reflected in the availability record. Phone enquiries are not reservations until you have checked and recorded the agreement.
The rider pays the full rental charge to your business separately. RentalHalo collects a 10% Booking Guarantee, subject to a currency minimum for low-value bookings. Your own security deposit, if required, is a different agreement; do not describe the platform fee as damage cover or a payment toward the bike rental.
Explain your rental cancellation and return rules before a rider commits. RentalHalo’s fee policy and any refund review remain separate from the business’s rental terms.
If your operation requires telematics, licence verification, inspection photography workflows, e-signatures or a connection to another booking channel, make those requirements explicit. Do not assume they are included. Digital guest intake remains planned; the current booking and contact workflow is available independently.
For a mixed scooter and motorcycle fleet, review both workflows with the team. Request a site using your real business details, then check the prepared pages, inventory and policies before publication.
