When an online booking is confirmed, RentalHalo automatically emails the guest their reservation details and notifies the operator. The guest has their dates, vehicle, pickup information, payment breakdown and reservation link in one place.
Current emails use your business name and practical details. Guest replies can go to your configured business email. They are sent from RentalHalo Bookings as plain text; the branded design shown here is a planned direction.

We prepare your website for you to review. No account or payment card is needed to send the request.
No separate standard software subscription
Under the standard Booking Guarantee model, no separate recurring software subscription is required. Confirm the applicable tools, support and launch arrangements for your business.
A separate customer Booking Guarantee
Customers pay RentalHalo 10% of the quoted rental value, subject to a currency minimum on low-value bookings. The exact fee is disclosed before payment.
Your full quoted rental charge
The customer pays that amount separately to your business. RentalHalo does not deduct its fee from the rental charge or automatically transfer the rental balance to you.
Domains and additional services
Domain registration, renewals and any additional support or premium monthly arrangement are agreed separately. No complimentary domain or finalized premium subscription price is promised here. Planned features are not current entitlements.
For example: a USD 100 rental + USD 10 Booking Guarantee = USD 110 total. USD 10 goes to RentalHalo; USD 100 is payable separately to the rental business. Currency minimums can make the fee more than 10% on smaller rentals.
The Booking Guarantee is not insurance, damage cover or a merchant security deposit. Cancellation does not automatically refund it.
