Your fleet is the list of everything customers can rent from you. Everything below happens under Fleet in your dashboard.
Add a vehicle
- Open Fleet.
- Choose to add a vehicle.
- Enter its name, the way a customer would recognise it, for example Honda Vario 125.
- Add a photo. Customers book what they can see.
- Enter how many you have of it.
- Enter the price for one day.
- Save.
If you have three identical scooters, add one vehicle and set the number to three. Do not add it three times.
Change a vehicle
Open Fleet, choose the vehicle, change what you need and save. You can change the name, photo, description, number and price at any time.
Turn a vehicle off
Turning a vehicle off hides it from your website. Customers cannot book it. Everything about it is kept, so you can turn it back on later in one tap.
Use this when a vehicle is being repaired, is out of season, or is away for a while.
Remove a vehicle
Only remove a vehicle you will genuinely never rent again, for example one you have sold.
Turning a vehicle off is almost always better than removing it. Removing is permanent, and you would have to enter the vehicle, its photo and its price again from the beginning.
Vehicles with a booking on them
Turning off or removing a vehicle does not cancel bookings a customer has already made. Those bookings are still yours to honour. If you cannot, contact the customer directly, and see Changing or cancelling a booking.
Keep it tidy
Your fleet should match what is really in your shop. It decides what customers can book, what they pay, and what your website looks like. See also Set your prices and Set your availability.
