RentalHalo gives your rental business two things: a website where customers can book, and a dashboard where you manage everything.
Your website
This is the page your customers see. It shows your business, your vehicles and your prices. Customers can book on it, day or night, without messaging you first.
Your dashboard
This is the private part, only for you and your staff. You add vehicles, set prices, set which dates you are available, and see every booking.
What happens when a customer books
- The customer opens your website and chooses a vehicle.
- They choose the dates they want it.
- RentalHalo checks that the vehicle is free on those dates and works out the price.
- The customer enters their details and confirms the booking.
- The booking appears in your dashboard, and you both receive a confirmation by email.
- You hand over the vehicle and take the rental payment as you normally do.
RentalHalo handles the booking. You still run the rental itself: the handover, the vehicle, the deposit if you take one, and your own rental terms.
