A valid domestic or international driver’s licence and a copy of your passport or national ID. If a deposit is needed, we will discuss it with you when you pick up your scooter.

A helmet, phone holder, free delivery and collection within Kuta Lombok, and 24/7 roadside assistance. If a scooter cannot be repaired, the team provides a replacement.

You can cancel online using your reservation link up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours of pickup, online cancellation is closed; contact the team on WhatsApp if your plans change. The RentalHalo Booking Guarantee paid at booking is non-refundable.
