Prices are per day. Longer rentals are charged at the daily rate for each day.

Cancel online using your reservation link up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours of pickup, online cancellation is closed; contact us on WhatsApp if your plans change. The RentalHalo Booking Guarantee is non-refundable.

Pay the separate, non-refundable Booking Guarantee online: 10% of the rental, subject to the configured currency minimum. Pay the full rental directly to the operator.

Documents: valid domestic or international driver’s licence and a passport or national ID copy. Deposit: if a deposit is needed, we will discuss it with you when you pick up your scooter. Cancellation: cancel online using your reservation link up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours of pickup, online cancellation is closed; contact us on WhatsApp if your plans change. The RentalHalo Booking Guarantee is non-refundable. Rental payment: in person to us, in cash (IDR) or by bank transfer.
