There is no timer we can start. Google chooses when to visit a new website.
- A new live site: often a few days, sometimes longer.
- A change to an existing page: usually faster than a brand-new site.
- A custom domain you just connected: treat it as a new site.
On the Google screen, Indexed means Google has told us the page is in its results. Anything else means we do not yet have that confirmation.
Do not pay anyone who promises instant indexing or first-page placement.
